Software Return Policy:

Digital Software Downloads are not refundable or returnable after the purchase. This policy is the industry standard anywhere software downloads are sold since the license is consumed upon release and cannot be canceled or returned to inventory.

If your item is defective we will replace it. We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee from purchase date so if you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. 

Software incompatibility does not constitute as a defective item so please thoroughly research products prior to completing the purchase. 

It is the customer's responsibility to verify system compatibility, licensing requirements and product needs before purchasing software products so make sure your computer meets the system requirements described in every item and note the image details, included in the item description.
